Apple Brie Flatbread

Food description:

This flatbread brings a more elegant, shareable option into the collection and works especially well if you want food content that feels suited to sipping and entertaining. Creamy brie, sweet apples, and deeply caramelized onions create a rich flavor base, while the Apple Nectar reduction adds brightness and a refined finish.

The result is balanced, visually inviting, and easy to imagine paired with one of your apple-based drinks. It feels upscale without being fussy, and it gives the site a more lifestyle-driven food option that broadens the recipe lineup nicely.

Ingredients:
1 prepared flatbread or naan
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 apple, thinly sliced
4 ounces brie, sliced
1/4 cup Old World Apple Nectar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook onion with salt until soft and caramelized, about 15 to 20 minutes. In a small saucepan, simmer apple wine with honey until slightly thickened.

Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Top with brie, caramelized onions, and apple slices. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp. Drizzle with the apple wine reduction before serving.

Garnish:
Fresh thyme and cracked black pepper
